“On Friday when your Elgin store didn't have my size in stock they ordered a pair of the Rieker boots from the Inverurie store for me. On Saturday morning I received an email telling me my boots were already in Elgin for collection. I picked them up yesterday (Monday) and was able to try them on before bringing them home. Excellent and friendly service already. But when I opened the box at home I found a hand-written note from Hayley at the Inverurie store thanking me for my order and hoping I liked my boots (I do). I don't know if this is company policy and it is a very simple thing but it made me smile and feel like a valued customer. Thank you again and I will be telling everyone I know about your excellent service.”
