UK Next Day Special Guaranteed - £8.95 per item with Next Day delivery, including Saturdays. Must order by 12 pm on Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Friday afternoon are guaranteed to arrive by Monday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday to arrive on Tuesday.
Ireland and Mainland Europe - €12.00 per item, normally takes 3 to 8 working days.
Please note there may be additional import costs such as local VAT and handling charges payable on arrival of goods into the EU. Begg Shoes are currently unable to prepay these costs and customers are liable for any additional charges when importing to the European Union.
USA - $9 USD per item, normally takes 5 to 10 working days.
Australia - $21 AUD per item, normally takes 7 to 10 working days.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. If your order contains multiple items that are being shipped from different stores, there may be more than one tracking code. Not received your tracking number? Please contact us for more information.
Sometimes orders will be shipped from different stores, or experience a short delay on route for delivery to you. We do our best to keep items together, however, items from your order may be delivered on different days. Should your items be shipped from different stores, you will shortly receive communication from Royal Mail directly regarding the tracking of this additional shipment.
We strive to ship all orders placed before 12 pm on the same day but this is not always possible in our busy stores. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipment, which will include your Royal Mail tracking number and usually this will be within 2 working days of placing your order. Please contact us with any concerns.
Thankfully the vast majority of our parcels arrive on time, however, if yours is late please contact us with your order number and we will investigate and help resolve it as soon as possible. Usually delays to parcels arriving are just one or two days so we often advise waiting a little longer for the postal services to catch up.

Yes, you can place an order over the phone by calling us at 01463 239189. Our store team in Inverness will be available to assist you and process your order. However, please note that our telephone order service is limited to the opening hours of the store, which are generally from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Saturday.
While phone orders are accepted, we recommend placing your order through our website. Our website provides a secure online payment gateway and may be a quicker option, especially during busy periods when our team may not be available to take your call on the phone.
Yes, however, once your order has been physically shipped we are unable to make any changes. Prior to shipping, please contact us immediately by calling (UK) 01463 239189 or emailing info@beggshoes.com. We prioritise fast order processing, so it's crucial to reach out to us as soon as possible.
We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us by calling 01463 239189 during our opening hours, or by emailing info@beggshoes.com if we are unable to answer the phone.
You can pay for your order using major Debit or Credit Cards, as well as Paypal. To proceed with payment, please follow the prompts on our secure and encrypted checkout page. Your payment information will be protected during the process.
You should receive an order confirmation email from us within 15 minutes of placing your order. If you haven't received it, please check your junk mail folder and mark Begg Shoes as a safe sender to ensure that you receive future order updates.
If you still cannot find the email, please contact us at info@beggshoes.com. We will investigate the issue and determine what went wrong. If there is a typo in your email address, we will correct it immediately.
You can initiate a return within 60 days of the dispatch date. Please ensure that the items are in their original packaging and remain unworn to be eligible for a refund.
If you are located in the UK, we provide a pre-paid Royal Mail Return label in your parcel. To create a new return label, please click here.
For added convenience, Royal Mail now offers a parcel collection service directly from your doorstep at no extra cost. You can use the Tracking Code from our pre-printed return label to book a collection via the Royal Mail App, or generate a new label and select the Collection option, to book suitable collection time.
For home collections, you do not require a printer as a Royal Mail representative will print the label when they collect your parcel.
Customers outside of the UK are kindly requested to return the items using their preferred postal service to the address specified on the dispatch note.
Returns to one of our stores are free of charge. Simply take your shoes and the dispatch note to one of our stores and our team will process your refund.
For returns by UK post, we offer a subsidised return label costing just £2.50 per label as well as a free home collection service with Royal Mail. We strive to make the return process as convenient as possible by including a pre-printed label in every box. When you use our prepaid return label, a £2.50 fee per label is deducted from your overall refund.
In cases where Begg Shoes or our products are at fault, any costs associated with returning the items (if necessary) will be waived.
Once we receive your returned parcel in our care, we aim to process refunds within 3-5 working days. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the refund once it has been processed.

Our team may ask you to provide photographs to help us understand the problem and offer a prompt resolution.

Rewards vouchers are issued 30 days after your last qualifying purchase and are valid for 12 months. Loyalty vouchers are sent via email with a unique discount code for £10 off your next purchase, either in-store or online.

Please note that customers who have signed up for Loyalty in stores, will not have an online password.
