What sort of training will you receive?

Training is a big focus for us in every role and we offer an extensive mix of on the job and structured learning. We’ve built an online training portal with a wide range of content to help build up your knowledge in key areas. We have regular appraisals which are professional and insightful, designed to help you progress, and offer recognition for your achievements along the way.

We’re lucky to have great relationships with local experts in specialist areas, including Podiatrists, who visit our stores to offer a different perspective in key areas. Our managers are Qualified Shoe Fitters having completed professional training with the Society of Shoe Fitters, which is a leading trade body in our industry.

  • Store Manager - Elgin

    Location: Elgin

    Salary: Up to £27,000 + Bonus + Benefits

    Hours: Full Time

    Join our team in Elgin, where you will lead the team which has earned an excellent reputation for excellent customer service and top-quality products.

    The Store Manager role is supported by the Directors, Area Manager and the Manager of sister store in Elgin. With a small team, you will lead from the front and be responsible for all aspects of running the store including customer service to web sale handling, deliveries and merchandising.

    Step into an exciting new hybrid role with Begg Shoes, on the frontline of modern retail where Online meets the In Store customer experience.

    You will split your time between Digital and Stores, becoming an expert in both our stores and our thriving e-commerce platform. Day to day, the CX Assistant will have a hands-on role, forming a bridge between the expertise on offer in our stores and the digital tools which drive the success of Begg Shoes online.

    This role is ideal for someone with a passion for customer service and strong core writing and digital communication skills. The role represents an excellent introduction to e-commerce and digital marketing.
