How to Return Your Parcel

1. Where is your parcel going? Select the return address from the list below to book a collection with Royal Mail. The return address is listed at the bottom of your dispatch note.

2. Prepare your parcel for delivery in the original packaging (original shoe box inside an appropriate parcel), ensuring that the dispatch note is included.

3. Hand your parcel to Royal Mail either at the Post Office or on your doorstep if you booked a Collection.

I don't have a printer!

No printer is required to create your return label. A QR code is sent to your email address when you create your return label. Royal Mail will scan this QR code either at the Post Office or on your doorstep if you booked a collection, and print your label for you.

How do I book a home collection?

Select the return address from the list above to register your return with Royal Mail. This will give you the option to book a home collection - no extra cost!

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we have received your return parcel, we aim to process refunds within five working days. Your refund will be confirmed by email. Please allow 5 working days from the date Royal Mail delivered the return parcel before getting in touch regarding your refund.

Are returns free?

As a small, independently run business we’re unable to provide free returns but we aim to make returns as easy as possible. Use of a returns label either by parcel drop off at a post office or parcel collection costs £3 per label, which is deducted from your overall refund.

How do I return from outside the UK?

Please use your preferred international courier to return your parcel to the returns address listed at the bottom of your dispatch note. We do not currently offer an international prepaid label but we are working on it.
