Royal Mail Returns

Please follow the instructions below to print your pre-paid returns label. The return address can be found on the bottom right of your dispatch note. 

NOTE - Due to restricted opening times and days during the Covid-19 crisis, we kindly request that ALL returns are send to the High Street, Inverness address.

This is the only link below - just click the link and fill out ytour details on the Royal Mail website. Don't worry, you do not need to remember the address.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Click the link below for the location which you need to return your parcel to from our list below. This will be 12 Eastgate, Inverness for ALL returns untill further notice.

2. Easily create & print your returns label, if you do not have a printer you can do this at your local Post Office as well.

3. Take your item to a Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Post Office branch.

4. Using this return service has a £2.00 fee which will be deducted from your refund once the return has been received & processed by us.
