Royal Mail Returns

If you are returning from the UK, please follow the instructions below to print your pre-paid returns label, which is the quickest and cheapest way to return to Begg Shoes if you do not live near one of our stores.  

Below are links which will help you to generate a label very quickly and easily from home, or with some help from your local Post Office if you need it. 

How to use our prepaid return labels

1. Pick Your Return Store From Our List Below - The correct returns store can be found at the top of your dispatch note, this helps us return shoes to the right place.

2. Fill in the quick online form on the Royal Mail website - you do not need a printer to use this service. Royal Mail will send you an email with the label attached and a QR code, which they will scan at your local post office and they can print a label there for you.

3. Send the parcel from a Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Post Office branch.

4. We refund your order within a couple of days of arrival - please note that our prepaid labels cost £2.50 and this small fee will be deducted from your total refund. We aim to subsidise returns for our UK customers with approximately half the regular price of the Tracked 48-Hour postal service but we do not offer free postal returns at this time.

Tracking Information - How long does it take to get a refund?

You will receive tracking information to help trace your parcel back to us, but please bear in mind that we may need a day or two to process your return and arrange a refund once it arrives with us. Generally, we advise that refund can take up to 5 working days from the day you send it to us - sometimes quicker and sometimes a little slower depending on speed of delivery.

Did something go wrong with your order?

Please get in touch with us if you have had any issues with your order, and that is the reason for returning to us today. First of all, we want to make sure we resolve the problem, but we would also prefer to offer a free return label.
