Royal Mail Returns

Please follow the instructions below to print your pre-paid returns label, which is the quickest and cheapest way to return to Begg Shoes if you do not live nearby one of our stores. The return address can be found on the bottom left of your dispatch note. 

Please see our instructions below, which are designed for regular UK customer returns. Below are links to the Royal Mail website where you can generate a label very quickly and easily from home, or with some help from your local Post Office. 

Don't worry, you do not need to remember the address once you go to the Royal Mail website.

How to make prepaid return label?

1. Click the link below for the location which you need to return your parcel to from our list below. This will be the address at the top of your dispatch note - received with your parcel.

2. Fill in the online form on the Royal Mail website, with all of your details. This will allow you to create, download and print your returns label. Note - You do not have to have a printer to use this service.

Royal Mail will send you an email with the label attached and a QR code, which they will scan at your local post office and they can print a label there for you, using the email you received.

3. Take your item to a Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Post Office branch. Once you have filled out the online form below, the Royal Mail website will advise you where your closest Post Office branches are.

4. Using this return service has a £2.00 fee which will be deducted from your refund once the return has been received and processed by us. This is a subsidised rate for our UK customers and approximately half the regular price of the Tracked 48 Hour service. 

Tracking Information - How long does it take to get a refund?

You will receive tracking information to help trace your parcel back to us, but please bear in mind that we may need a day or two to process your return and arrange a refund once it arrives with us. Generally, we advise that refund can take up to 5 working days from the day you send it to us - sometimes quicker and sometimes a little slower depending on speed of delivery.

Please get in touch with us if you have had any issues with your order, and that is the reason for returning to us today. First of all, we want to make sure we resolve the problem, but we would also prefer to offer a free return label.
